Product Description:

The APS Small Solar Trap is a compact, solar-powered insect trapping solution designed to effectively manage harmful flying pests in farms, gardens, orchards, and nurseries. Equipped with a high-efficiency solar panel, rechargeable Li-ion battery, and UV LED technology, the trap automatically operates at sunset to attract and capture damaging insects. Its lightweight, weather-resistant design makes it easy to install and maintain, providing farmers with a sustainable and chemical-free pest management solution.

How They Work:

  • Solar Charging: The integrated solar panel charges the rechargeable battery during daylight hours.

  • Automatic Activation: The built-in light sensor automatically switches the trap ON at sunset.

  • UV LED Attraction: The UV LED lamp emits a specific wavelength (365–400 nm) that attracts harmful nocturnal flying insects.

  • Pest Collection: The insects are drawn toward the light and collected in the tray.

  • Automatic Shut-Off: The trap automatically turns OFF after approximately 3–4 hours, conserving battery power while ensuring efficient operation.
